Trials

Trials are held most weekends at at my space (M19). Trials for both Hair and Makeup last approximately 2.5 hours.

If you can wear a top in similar colour to your wedding dress/outfit it will help us see which tones and colours will work best. We can chat about the looks you like before trying them, so if you have any images to show me, hair accessories or a veil please bring those. Having a picture of your dress/outfit and colour of your bouquet will help ensure everything flows well together.

• 2 Hours Makeup Lesson - £150 The lesson includes:

  • Personalised skin routine

  • How to make the most out of your makeup bag content

  • Face steamer or face mask

  • Makeup coverage and application

  • Suggestion of my favourite skincare and makeup products

  • Advice on skincare and makeup styles to suit your complexion and personality

• Touch ups throughout your day - £35 per hour*

*I am more than happy to stay for touch-up's throughout your day. This will keep you and looking fresh and ready for your evening guests to arrive. This must be discussed in advance to the wedding date to ensure I book the full day out for you. Charged at £30 per hour from ceremony time (minimum booking of 3 hours required).

Ts & Cs

I have a minimum spend of £450. For bookings of of more than 6 services a second Makeup/Hair Stylist may be required depending on the time/location of your ceremony. This may also incur an additional £50 plus travel.

Travel

Travel is charged at 0.45p a mile for locations over 10 miles away from M19. For City Centre Location, there is an extra charge of £15 for parking.
Travel time for locations more that 1 hour from my location is charged at £10 an hour.
For locations 2 hours or more from my location or time of ceremony, I may require to stay the day before. We can discuss this during trial.

Deposit
Deposit to secure your wedding date is from £100 depending on Bridal Party size. This then deducted from your final balance. (deposits are non-refundable) payable on the 1st of the month before your wedding. My liability shall be limited to a full refund of all monies.

Payments
I accept Cash, Bank Transfers or Paypal.
Payment for the trial should be paid before the trial and the final balance for the wedding one month before the wedding day.

Cancellations
In case of an emergency or the unlikely event I am not able to attend the wedding I would do my utmost to find an artist to replace myself if this is not possible a full refund of your deposit will be made.

Should you cancel, as compensation for loss of income, the following charges apply as a percentage of the TOTAL fee due.

60 days or less - 100%
61-90 days - 75%
91 - 120 days - 50%
more than 121 days - Deposit

Should the cancelled wedding turn out to be a postponement, then subject to availability, all monies paid may be applied to the new wedding. In this case, the total fees chargeable shall be the fee which applied at that time. In the event of Mimi Lomax taking another wedding booking for your cancelled or postponed wedding, a refund of your deposit (less expenses) and monies paid shall be made.

If you need to cancel your wedding and have paid a deposit the deposit is non refundable
